My wonderful experience with Bison started with my salesman Keith Hernandez. His guidance helped my wife and I feel like we made the right choice. And as it turned out we were right.There was a supervisor on site eaThe workers were great. The area was cleaned every night and they were courteous and worked hard. When it came to finishing the job Daniel and Bruno made sure we were satisfied and all inspections were performed. All in all it was a pleasant experience except when you had to pay!

Recently I had Bison Roofing Company installing a new metal roof at my house in Margate. I couldn’t be happier! This review is going to be unique in the sense that my project isn’t completed as yet but I felt the need to comment on what has been done. My project is a total roof replacement with Solar take down and replace. The roof replacement has completed and I am so impressed with the job I am making this review on the roof replacement. It’s not often you come across a company that prides themselves on a superior level of workmanship and craft. This Company from the salesperson to the scheduler kept me informed at every stage of the process. They were available to answer by text by email and phone call. I am looking forward to the same level of commitment to quality workmanship and expertise from the Solar team. Why BISON you ask? that’s easy; because you worked hard for your money and you need a new roof you want a Solar system but you want it done right!!! That’s why you call BISON because good Customer Service with updates and courteous staff should be the norm. Don’t be foolish call BISON first. Solar Install review: This edit is to include the Solar re-installation part of my new roof project by BISON Roofing and Solar. Whether you are considering Solar for the first time(good move) or like me you had Solar for the past 6 years but Insurance companies deem your roof to be old and thus a new roof means removing and re-installing Solar panels; you will have some decisions to make. If your ROI on the panels have been tremendous and you saw this recent news “Florida Power & Light Requests Largest Rate Increase In U.S. History” you might want to keep your existing panels and re-install them. This might be an opportunity to upgrade them. Here is my story I found BISON roofing and Solar to be the that Company who took me through the process of uninstalling panels replacing roof and re-installing panels all while keeping me informed at every step of the process Matthew the Solar installation coordinator took me through every step and encouraged questions as to how my existing system would be re-installed he also gave me options to upgrade. I have nothing but good things to say about this Company; don’t get me wrong I would have rather spent the money on a vacation somewhere for two weeks(I did and was kept updated of the progress). They have great financing available. I got a refund from my Insurance Company and I was lucky enough to get some other assistance. Thank you BISON my roof and Solar looks awesome!!! PS Roofers came back and replaced broken tiles after solar installation. My Solar installation got upgraded to the new existing Palm Beach County Codes. I promise pictures are coming next.

Highly recommend! Just finished a complete roof replacement and entire transaction was very smooth and pricing was reasonable. Had to wait a for tile to be delivered due to “supply chain” issues. But once the tile came in, things moved quickly and efficiently. Had great communication with Maria, the project manager and the office guys who kept in touch and kept us informed about everything every step of the way. One of the tiles cut a screen on our bay window during tear-off and Bison stepped up and replaced the screen with no argument or issues ! Again, highly recommend!!!

We chose to hire Bison Roofing to replace our tile roof. From the first visit from Bison, we felt assured that they would do a good job. We are not disappointed. The salesman, our team manager and the crew who installed the roof was professional and timely. After the roof was installed, the crew left our property neat and clean. When I asked to have the driveway pressure washed, they complied immediately. It was very easy dealing either our team manager. He returned my calls immediately and answered all my questions. Bison replaced our tile roof with a metal one and also installed our solar system. The last 3 months our FP&L bill was basically zero just the minimum charge to have service. Also I have to commend Bison on the follow-up service as one microinverter was underproducing on one of our panels. Keevon from Bison was always responsive to my texts and kept us aware of the repair process and service schedule. Never felt as if our requests were a nuisance but they were always happy to service the system and keep us generating energy. This has been one of the most positive experiences with any contractor in our 25 years living in Florida.

Very professional and reliable company. The sales manager came personally to explain the process, what to expect, and when. They were on top of every detail. Very satisfied with this company and would highly recommend.

I’ve been searching for a roof for months. Spoke with Juan Llenza today. Out of 8 other roofing companies, he was the only that provided me with so much helpful information!! Customer service is so hard to come by now a days but this gentleman gets 5 stars! He’s the best!
