Their communication was amazing, they were prompt dependable and on time. They addressed all of our concerns. They not only changed the rotten facia as part of their contract, but they also primed and sealed it and they’re carpenters Did an amazing job.
Most importantly, they were extremely clean. I was there for them all day during the tear off and anything that fell off the protective tarps (which was laid all the way around our house ) was immediately picked up. They covered the pool as any roofer would, but when one piece of a tile fill on the plastic cover, they immediately temporarily removed it, so it would not sink in the pool and put out new plastic, which is above and beyond. When we went out for two hours and returned home on the evening of the tear off, they had cleaned up everything around the house, and did not leave anything including all the tarps all the way around the property. The next day they came and reinstalled the tarps and all the protective plastic around the house before they commenced. The metal roof came out flawless. If I could give them six stars out of five I would.
