According to a news report published by Wesh2, who interviewed Kelly Stevens of UCF, “Stevens said Florida has a significant solar market that has room for growth. Especially now as solar installation costs plummet and electricity prices are rising. And there’s increased concerns about resiliency of the grid,” Stevens said. “Solar can help out in all these ways and really make a big impact in terms of the economy and jobs created here.”
